This app is intended to upgrade the firmware of some Elite indoor trainers. The app automatically checks if there’s an available firmware and, if the user confirms, it proceeds with the update. Tips / troubleshooting: - Be sure that the trainer is powered and the blue led is blinking. - Keep the device close to the trainer to improve the transmission - Close the all the app using Bluetooth in background (my E-training, Zwift, TrainerRoad, The Sufferfest, etc…) - If you have problem in the connection, try rebooting the phone/tablet and the trainer. If this doesn’t fix the problem, contact us at myetraining@elite-it.com

Would Not Update, mobile data is turned on and i was able to connect to Zwift before the update attempt
All other Bluetooth devices have been turned off, I have unplugged, bought a square frame, adn also used the temporary password immediately and it said it was expired
I should have read the other reviews and not bothered, do not use if your trainer is connecting successfully plus now my suito will connect to Zwift,
The update has failed after dozens of attempts, did a password reset and not onyl that it updated several components in the trainer successfully
Such a basic QA move completely flubbed, i can’t pair it with my direto trainer and yeah... login brick wall
Use 2 iOS and 1 Android and will not update nor calibrate, my update was stuck at 18% for over 10 hours plus tried two more times with no luck
Upgrade Directo XR, i couldn’t get past the login page adn also searching for devices
