Like any good
Communication program worth its salt, this one does its job well and keeps us coming back to it over and over again until it becomes indispensable. Welcome to Trillian! this app for Trillian...
Welcome to Trillian! Most third-party software currently being offered is somewhat slow and tedious, which is not the case with
Trillian..
Trillian is a messaging application that will allow you to stay connected with your friends. Its main advantage is that, unlike others, it is not limited to a single account or service. From the same client you can connect to various services such as IRC, Windows Live Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger, ICQ, Skype , even other less well-known networks such as Bonjour or Jabber/XMPP .
It has a free version (Trillian Basic) with a very intuitive interface. We can send emoticons and sounds, we can even download new appearances via the web without any cost. There are also games available for download.
It is closed source, although its functionalities can be applied thanks to the presence of plugins that we can download at any time.
Plugins to improve the features of the app
We can find very varied plugins , such as those that correct your texts before sending them, others that give you the weather forecast, stock market data control, RSS reader, Winamp integration, e-mail account control, and much more.
The plugins can be downloaded for free through the web and the forum.
Download free skins
It is also possible to change the style of the app through Skins . We can download them from the web, although there are also some that have been developed by third parties.
We will never get bored of the style, since we can change it whenever we feel like it.
Try Trillian and keep in touch with your friends.
