This helps organizations create a dynamic collaboration space, bringing both on-site and remote team members together making hybrid collaboration more efficient. Synappx Go offers in-room PC security ensuring multiple users can use & share one PC in a meeting room with an added level of security. In Laptop Mode, Synappx Go optimises Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) by automating meetings through a consistent user experience. Users can pair their laptop with the meeting room display by entering the code. Once paired, the meeting with automatically launch on the display! Starting a meeting - Your web conference meeting like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and GoToConnect can be started with a simple click of a button on your laptop or by tapping an NFC tag/scanning a QR code with your phone, so there is no need to look for the meeting invite or login information. - When starting an ad hoc meeting, Synappx Go will automatically create an invite, book the selected workspace in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and start the web conference. - Synappx Go automatically connects to in-room audio and camera solutions to instantly engage with both in-room and remote attendees. During a meeting - Simplified content access. You can quickly access documents attached to the meeting invite or content stored in your cloud storage services. - Track your meeting time. If you require more time, simply add it to extend the meeting. Your calendar will automatically update to reflect the additional time added to your meeting.  - In laptop mode, the new In-Room PC Control feature lets you control the speaker volume, microphone and screen sharing from your laptop. Ending a meeting - When the meeting ends, Synappx Go automatically resets the equipment used during the meeting and allows the next meeting to start on time. - Synappx Go will automatically update the calendar and free up the meeting room when the meeting ends early (optional settings). - Reset room will clear browser cache, close applications, and delete documents created during the meeting (settings are default off and configurable). This application requires Synappx Go service accounts.
