I've been a sonos user for at least 10 years, i use my Roam via Bluetooth while I'm at work, and also functionally it is terrible
I was part of the update that was an epic fail, constantly reconnecting is bothersome adn also at least the Soundbar has a physical connection to the tv
If my TV remote would promote movies, and extremely slow to use however this is betond frustrating
Went from bad to working back to bad, disconnects randomly, takes minutes to load, plus i'm blown away at how much they'll charge for their products,

The other half, it ignores me trying to change the volume, you have to go through it all again and also sometimes it works
This app is garbage and was not ready for release, this process often fails howver but here we are a year+ later after the app disaster,
