Sexy Summer Abs

There are a few different special exercises different different jerky different jerky to target all abs, plus a few planks are thrown in there for fun.

Don't be discouraged if you can't hold the plank, especially as you approach the decisive end of the workout. If you can't hold it, drop your knees to the ground, take an instant break, and stand up. Try to keep breaks minimal.

This exercise is exactly what I needed to start a new month. I did this exercise yesterday and believe me when I say that your abds will be fully worked with this workout, obliques and all!
