Using RemoteSpark on HoloLens, remote workers can communicate with subject matter experts, using a Windows 10 device, through a secure, low-bandwidth audio/video connection, when they need assistance completing a complex task. Experts can drag and drop CAD assets, PDFs, images, and Microsoft Office documents into the worker’s field of view. This content appears as 3D holograms in the end user’s real-world environment. RemoteSpark operates full Mixed Reality support calls in internet bandwidth conditions as low as 256kbps and boasts industrial-grade security infrastructure.
