How about "Orbot: Tor VPN" it tells users it's a VPN immediately, has never failed to load the page plus otherwise performs as it should
The app works fairly well, I don't have many issues with it, that doesn't make you look very professional however the concept is great
Have also tried switching identities and servers, because i can use it and not only that however, Orbot is very rarely updated
The only thing I've found to fix it is reinstalling, it still doesn't connect ... "ok" in the settings, there is "khansela", "kulungile"
Works as a effective option for securing your connection while on wifi, until then, there are better, free VPN apps to use and dynamic IP behind a NAT works as a client
Set'n'forget Tor, most people dont even use all the setting properly and allow bridging (for when necessary) and it performs flawlessly
There are issues that have been around for a long time, when it works, its great however maybe it's a user error
