Scroll up and down to see the past few weeks, and scroll all the way up to see some basic stats and visualizations of the last 30 days. Press and hold the logo to access settings. That’s it - no zero days does nothing else. It is meant to simply join your day to day routine and help you remember to take at least one action each day that helps yourself or others. Easy right?
