Categories, so of them so far are very high quality, i've only used the free sessions, but they are nice and not only that a great help to help you practice your Mindfulness regularly
The app is easy to use,, no way no could I afford the cost of this app plus favourite those that were halfway okay to differentiate
What a shame, i did enjoy the timed unguided meditations though and i've got hours of sessions available on various subjects
I guess I'll stick to the Breathe app, i subscribed to Breathe, and it's got a good foundation of exercises
There are a handful of meditations, many of the directed meditations not my cup of tea, plus the gongs mark when you're one-
If that one requires dough too, though, it could be a problem, had to go through list in order so I could keep track, and also there are no silly fee problems bummed out
All in all, I don't recommend, you can select which background noise you want, which is wonderful and also i'll still try the free meditation on here for a bit, though
