User Comments

Very unprofessional way of handling the mater, changes made by the airline were not reflected in the app and also when I'm booking tickets
Really really the worst application ever, waiting was charged from flight landing, ignoring immigration and baggage claim and poor service and communication
Very disappointing, i followed the instruction and paid ₹1,600 for another hotel and yeah... incorrect boarding information, I missed the bus
The hotel has already approved the cancellation/refund,, please look into it but also very unfair treatment
Unfortunately the support I received was lacking, now they refuse reimbursement, saying my new hotel was cheaper adn also makeMyTrip arranged another hotel, but that hotel also refused check-in
Extremely frustrating experience with MakeMyTrip, that is not directing to the correct department and not onyl that i still haven't received any response or refund
Support then told me to book another hotel within 100 km, customer support is extremely difficult to reach, ... one time by chance it got connected so they just said" hello"
