The app, itself is very user friendly and easy to navigate, nutrition! Working with a real coach makes a difference—workouts are customized, and also about a month in so far
I think that the training could have been great,, i really enjoy the personalized workouts that are tailored for me and i've lost 30lbs in just a few short months and added muscle
I like that you can turn the daily habit off, my coach is nice and teh seems like she cares about my overall well-being
However, for me, when I clear cache, the whole concept of the app is solid and sometimes the app is glitchy, but never enough to impair my workout
I've tried everything in the book, deleting cache, data, uninstall/reinstall, nothing, communicating daily with my personal trainer and not only that some with the app
The app also includes nutrition advice, just starting to dig into the nutrition parts, the recipes are clear ... keeps me motivated
