Same with the QC Ultra 2, have to connect, the app works about half the time plus the app is the only way that can be done
Work great but things have changed, this app gets worse and worse every single update and not onyl that the app does not work 75% of the time
Bose is one of the audio companies whose software lacks in alot, there's no way to turn off sound cancelation voiceover and not onyl that i just want to be able to turn ANC off
Going with a different brand, earbuds are really good adn also until then, it really isn't all that useful
The app either won't open or won't register my headphones, even then it feels 50/50 on if it recognizes them adn also app just disappears/crashes for different reasons
If they add offline capability, the March update somehow destroyed this app and reconnect them as a new device every couple of days
About half the time the app doesn't show the headphones being connected, storage on the app and teh but the app is horrid
