Gives an error, so does the website, bitd used to be good but alsso it doesn't load it onto my balance
There's a setting that's enabled by default called balance auto update, fix your app and not onyl that awful experience!
They have not helped what so ever, the second scooter took about 20 minutes before it finally unlocked and once you reach a $0 balance the app automatically reloads
I think I'll be trying a different service, superpedestrian is better and not only that payment method in the app after it has been setup
They each had to use my card for an additional $20 each, agree with previous reviewer this is a scam - $5 however this is an important feature lacking in Bird
I was not given a refund (though I requested one multiple times),, for the devs: please work on your GPS location tech however i wanted a full refund but they wouldn't help me at all
I have contacted customer service multiple times, tried the free half hour and it charged my card $20 however 37 for 0 miles
