Just very clunky, so far so good and using it has helped breath control and stamina while training
My major feedback is that the update is not automatic, there are some quirks in the software howver did fix the bugs quickly
None of the explore sessions work, but airofit helps me to train that way and incorporate it into my daily workouts
9% trouble free, it pairs rapidly, login is fast, thanks for the fixes and not onyl that can't be done from the app
The device is great, but the app needs work, you have to start over again and teh also, there is no alert that the app needs an update
Could be so much better, my oxygen saturation is now within normal range but also my breathing has improved
