One of the main causes of cost deviations in civil construction is poor manpower management. In order to optimize this control, the Agilean tool was developed. The Integrated Lean Management Application has a web platform, where the planning of the work packages are created with the allocation of human resources to the tasks and with costs coming from the construction budget. The system generates the service orders (production kanbans) and the workers' remuneration is defined by the pulled production, because when passing their badge at the Agilean Station, the worker has access to the service package he was allocated, indicating the activity to be held, floor, staff, cost and dates. On any floor he is on, the station will print the packages with the information coming from L.B. in order to facilitate the distribution of tasks in the field and the coordination of masters and supervisors.
