How to handle the QRquincho?

The National Tax Service of Bolivia has developed an application called QRquincho for reading the QR codes contained in the Invoices of the Virtual Invoicing mode. It can be configured to generate files compatible with the FACILITO Form F-110 and also with the FACILITO VAT Purchasing volume module.
