Premise Control Home with Cortana is an app developed by Ellery coffman for Windows -based Operating Systems. If you want to run this app on the same premium desktop as your connected Premise computer, you must enable a network loopback for this program on your Windows premium desktop; in this way the app will have access to localhost. This is NOT recommended as it bypasses the security functionalities imposed by Microsoft for all Windows apps.
